We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S. JOB OVERVIEW We’re looking for an entry-level Product Lead (Associate PM) who is curious, analytical, and passionate about building products that solve real problems. You’ll support product planning, execution, and coordination across teams. As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play a vital role in directly supporting the mental health journey of one million women through purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in gathering user feedback and identifying improvement opportunities. * Support creation of product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria. * Coordinate cross-functional communication with engineering, design, QA, and marketing. * Track product performance metrics and user behavior. * Help prepare product documentation and release notes. * Support backlog grooming and sprint planning activities. Qualifications: * Understanding of basic product lifecycle concepts. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to translate ideas into clear requirements. * Familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools. * Interest in UX/UI principles and user-centric design. * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Nice to Haves: * Experience with data analysis or user research. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. * Exposure to wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq).
