Stantec is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to join our Sustainability team. This role is ideal for undergraduate students in their final year or graduate students interested in sustainable design, building performance, and green building certifications. As a Sustainability Intern, you will support project teams in delivering high-performance, healthy, and resilient buildings. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside architects, engineers, and sustainability specialists, contributing to projects pursuing certifications such as LEED and other rating systems. Our Sustainability practice acts as a collaborative bridge between architecture and engineering, helping project teams integrate sustainability strategies, track performance, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Stantec’s commitment to design excellence and environmental stewardship. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
