This is an entry-level marketing role focused on the strategic execution of our digital presence and the amplification of our industry-leading intelligence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our social media channels and the technical implementation of paid ‘boost’ campaigns. You will act as the final "stamp" of our brand’s presentation to the world, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to authority, accuracy, and high-value insight. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Channel Management Execute the daily distribution schedule across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram. Tailor content for each platform to maximize organic reach and community engagement. Maintain a consistent, professional "voice" that aligns with our position as a premier resource for the global mining and investment sectors. Paid Media Operations Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns to amplify articles and B2B reports. Optimize ad creative and targeting to ensure high-efficiency performance and reach. Assist in the preparation of performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Content Adaptation & Optimization Identify key insights from our long-form journalism and video interviews to create high-impact "micro-content" (clips, graphics, and threads). Ensure all assets are technically optimized for mobile-first consumption. Quality Assurance & Brand Integrity Perform rigorous quality checks on all outgoing links, tracking codes (UTMs), and creative assets. Apply a "180-degree perspective" to all content—evaluating how our presentation is perceived by a high-level executive and investor audience. Detail-Oriented: You believe that "small things are the big things." You have a zero-tolerance approach to typos, broken links, or misaligned formatting. Narrative-Driven: You understand that humans are hardwired for stories. You know how to take complex data and present it in a way that captures immediate attention.
