Responsibilities Coordinate product development and launch activities with cross-functional teams. Track progress of product-related tasks and ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication between product management, engineering, marketing, and support teams. Assist in maintaining product documentation and operational procedures. Support the identification and resolution of operational issues impacting products. Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor product performance metrics. Contribute to process improvements to enhance product operations efficiency. Experience in product operations, project coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with product management tools and software. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
