The Role: Training and Onboarding Specialist Imagine being the engine behind a seamless training experience. You set up new franchise partners in the learning platform, manage live virtual training support, and quickly resolve help desk issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach. From building course assignments to troubleshooting password resets, you ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Highly organized and tech-savvy, you juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with franchise and corporate teams. You continuously look for ways to improve processes, update training materials, and keep operations efficient—making a real impact on how teams learn and grow. What Your Days Might Look Like: Set up new franchise offices in the learning system, create student groups, and assign training courses Support live virtual trainings by managing webinars, breakout rooms, chat, polls, and other behind-the-scenes tasks Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot learning platform issues Provide basic tech support, such as password resets and navigation help Update and format training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOPs Organize documents and assist with data entry and general administrative tasks Work with franchise teams and corporate staff to improve processes and training participation Look for ways to improve workflows and suggest practical solutions Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: You have strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment You’re an excellent communicator, confident in coordinating virtual trainings and supporting franchise and corporate teams You’re tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic platform issues, learning new systems quickly, and navigating software tools You have a customer service mindset, handling help desk requests with patience, clarity, and a solutions-focused approach You’re detail-oriented and take pride in keeping training materials, documents, and data accurate and well organized You’re proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to improve processes and work more efficiently You enjoy collaborating and thriving in a remote team environment You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule. You can secure the required technical setup, including: At least a 720p HD webcam A noise-canceling headset A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Why ClearDesk?
