The Project Manager leads and oversees TrackCore Operating Room implementations, as well as other TrackCore software solutions. This role partners closely with Training, Technical Operations, and Client Services teams to support integration efforts, ensure seamless execution, and deliver successful client outcomes. Core Responsibilities + Duties: * Managing all project tasks and activities through software go-live once the project is transitioned from sales. * Coordinate with trainers to provide go-live plans and expectations. * Support customers post go-live to facilitate the transition to the Customer Success team. * Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM software. * Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. General Day to Day Tasks: * Project task management through phone calls, emails, MS TEAMS sessions. * Validating hardware for use with the software. * Import data into customer sites. * Facilitating and assisting Technical Operations and Client Services teams with integration activities. Desired Qualifications, Certifications + Skills: * Clinical / Healthcare IT experience or knowledge preferred * Experience with training customers in a dynamic work environment * Proven and methodical problem-solving abilities * Ability to handle Tier I software support * Strong skills in the use of the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) * General technical knowledge of PCs, Peripherals and Software * Strong presentation skills * Strong customer service skills * A strong focus on quality * Solid written and verbal communication * The ability to work independently * The ability to multi-task
