With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.</p><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for <strong>detail-oriented AI Data Trainers</strong> to evaluate how AI systems personalize responses using real user data.</p><p>You will interact with AI models, assess outputs, and provide structured feedback — focusing on <strong>accuracy, safety, personalization quality, and correct use of personal data</strong>.</p><p>This role is especially suited for candidates with a strong interest in <strong>fitness, nutrition, and digital health experiences</strong>.</p><p></p><p><u><strong>NOTE: must have either a Google Pixel device or a Fitbit watch (Apple Watch devices are not permitted)</strong></u></p><p></p><p><strong>Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. </strong></p><p><strong>Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)</strong></p><p><strong>Duration of contract: 10 weeks+</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>INDIA</strong></p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct <strong>multi-turn conversations</strong> with AI models and compare response quality across variants </li><li>Evaluate outputs for: </li><ul><li>Accuracy and grounding </li><li>Personalization quality </li><li>Safety and responsible data usage </li></ul><li>Test predefined <strong>health & wellness scenarios</strong> (fitness, activity tracking, nutrition, habits) </li><li>Identify issues such as: </li><ul><li>Incorrect personalization </li></ul><ul><li>Hallucinations or reasoning gaps </li><li>Data misuse or privacy risks </li></ul><li>Provide <strong>clear, structured feedback and evaluation notes</strong> </li><li>Maintain consistency and attention to detail across repeated evaluations</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be <strong>18+ years old</strong> </li><li>Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, and similar is a big plus</li><li>Must operate using <strong>en-IN language settings</strong> (India-based context required) </li><li>Must use a <strong>primary, actively used personal Google account</strong> (with real usage history) </li><li>Must own and actively use a <strong>Fitbit device or Pixel Watch</strong></li></ul>
