We are looking for an experienced Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of civil engineering projects across Ireland and the UK. This role is suited for a highly independent QS with strong experience in cost control, contract administration, and claims management. Responsibilities Manage full project commercial lifecycle (cost control to final accounts) Monitor budgets, margins, and project risks Handle contract administration, claims (NOCs, EOTs), and variations Prepare payment applications, valuations, and final accounts Review project programmes and identify delays or risks Support tendering, take-offs, BOQs, and subcontract packages Maintain accurate records using digital and cloud-based systems 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering QS roles Proven Irish/UK project experience (essential) Strong knowledge of Public Works Contracts / NEC / JCT Experience in claims, variations, and commercial management Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory) Strong English communication skills Preferred Skills Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools Experience with remote systems and digital reporting
