About the Role We are seeking a Channel Marketing Senior Associate to maximize our global property visibility across digital platforms. We are looking for a high-impact professional who excels at optimizing platform performance and making data-driven operational decisions to create the efficiencies necessary to scale our global operations across our business models. Core Responsibilities Manage and maintain Blueground properties across relevant booking and listing platforms using data from our internal database, ensuring optimal ranking, visibility, and content accuracy Troubleshoot, test, and communicate platform issues and new feature requests to the Product team in a clear and timely manner Participate in streamlining channel automation and optimizing processes, and conduct audits following the implementation Own performance outcomes for assigned markets and channels, translating data into prioritized action plans that drive measurable growth Support channel marketing across Blueground's full operating model; owned, managed, and franchise properties - adapting communication, processes, and partner expectations to each model Support the review and management of business partnerships in assigned cities, including involvement in negotiations and contract renewals Participate in cross-functional team projects, including research of new channels, performance monitoring, and improvement of internal processes Track and monitor the department's budget, ensuring timely and accurate payments to providers Requirements 3+ years of experience in channel management, OTA operations, account management, or marketplace distribution - ideally within the travel, hospitality, or tech sector BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or Travel & Tourism; MSc/MBA is a plus Fluent in written and spoken English.
