If you are driven by excellence and share our values, we would love to hear from you. <h2>Purpose of the role:</h2>Enable high-performing engineering teams by facilitating Agile practices, improving delivery efficiency, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across platform and infrastructure initiatives. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader and coordination partner for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, transparency, and sustainable delivery outcomes.<h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Support multiple engineering teams within the Platform Department. </li><li>Facilitate Agile processes, remove impediments, improve delivery flow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across platform and infrastructure-related initiatives. </li><li>Having strong coordination skills, technical understanding of platform environments, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Operations.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technical or platform teams. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum Kanban Lean principles.</li><li>Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, or platform departments. </li><li>Excellent facilitation and communication skills. </li><li>Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities. </li><li>Experience with Jira and Confluence. </li><li>Understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously. </li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills. </li><li>Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve Agile delivery processes and team productivity.</li><li>English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+) </li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Experience in Gambling/Betting or other high-load regulated industries.</li><li>Background in product-driven companies.</li><li>Understanding of modern software engineering practices and team delivery challenges.</li><li>Agile or project management certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMP, etc.</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours</li><li>Private insurance</li><li>Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year</li><li>Sports benefit</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Programme</li><li>Free online English lessons with a native speaker</li><li>Generous referral program</li><li>Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.</li></ul>
