Business Operations Intern

Role Overview The Business Operations Intern will support selected teams across the organization, such as Finance, Marketing & Sales (M&S), and Operations (including BPS, M&A, and PX), by contributing to defined projects, business analysis, and operational initiatives. Rather than supporting all functions simultaneously, the intern will be assigned to specific projects or teams at any given time, with the opportunity to rotate across functions over the course of the internship. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to how different parts of the business operate while delivering focused, hands‑on support to priority initiatives. The intern will work closely with leaders and team members across functions, helping to improve processes, analyze data, develop materials, and support ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities may vary by project and function, but may include: Cross‑Functional Support Support projects across Finance, Sales, Marketing, BPS and Operations as assigned Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and track action items Assist with preparation of presentations, summaries, and status updates Business Analysis & Reporting Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions Assist with basic financial analysis, forecasting inputs, or performance tracking Develop simple dashboards, trackers, or reports (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) Process & Operational Support Document existing processes and identify improvement opportunities Assist with creation of templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures Support operational reviews, audits, or readiness activities as needed Project & Administrative Support Help maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables Support ad‑hoc requests and special initiatives across teams Assist with research, benchmarking, or competitive analysis Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and time‑management skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides Analytical mindset with attention to detail Interest in understanding how different business functions operate together Prior internship, project, or coursework experience in business or operations is a plus What the Intern Will Gain Exposure to multiple business functions in a real‑world environment Hands‑on experience supporting strategic and operational initiatives Mentorship from leaders across Finance, Sales, and Operations Development of foundational skills in business analysis, project support, and stakeholder communication Reporting. She can report to me and I will quarterback it based on what’s happening with M&A, Finance, Sales, BPS, etc at the time.
