They value strategic partnership, analytical insight, and proactive execution, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to the CFO to provide high-level strategic and operational support. The Executive Business Partner will act as a key collaborator in managing the CFO’s priorities, optimizing workflows, and driving initiatives that enhance financial performance and organizational effectiveness.</p><p></p><p>This remote role offers the opportunity to operate within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior leadership to influence key decisions and deliver impactful outcomes.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Own and manage the CFO’s calendar across multiple Google accounts, ensuring optimal prioritization, scheduling, and time allocation </li><li> Triage and manage inbox communications, drafting responses and handling correspondence on behalf of the CFO </li><li> Prepare meetings end-to-end: agendas, materials, briefing docs, and ensure follow-ups and action items are executed </li><li> Oversee vendor and contract administration across 20+ active vendors, including tracking deliverables and performance </li><li> Manage renewal calendars, proactively flagging upcoming deadlines and negotiating timelines where needed </li><li> Support exit readiness initiatives, including coordination of documentation and M&amp;A data room preparation </li><li> Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, compliance, and documentation workflows </li><li> Book and manage complex travel arrangements, including multi-leg and international itineraries </li><li> Handle personal and property-related coordination tasks with a high level of discretion and reliability </li><li> Build and optimize internal systems using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and DocuSign </li><li> Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (ideally CFO, COO, or General Counsel) </li><li> Proven experience in a fast-paced <strong>e-commerce or DTC environment</strong> </li><li> Strong experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, and executive communications </li><li> Hands-on experience with vendor management, contract administration, and renewal tracking </li><li> Exposure to legal coordination, compliance processes, or M&amp;A support (data rooms, due diligence, etc.) </li><li> Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and DocuSign </li><li> Strong spreadsheet skills (data tracking, organization, and reporting) </li><li> Familiarity with EOS/Traction frameworks is a strong plus </li><li> AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily workflows </li><li> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English </li><li> Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously </li><li> Strong judgment and ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality </li><li> Proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating with minimal supervision </li></ul></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive salary.</li> <li>Ability to work remotely.</li> </ul>
