This role plays an important part in delivering a positive employee experience by maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring the integrity of employee data across our systems.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience processing payroll, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. This position partners closely with employees, managers, Finance, and external vendors to support a global workforce and contribute to operational excellence within the People Team. <strong>If you are located in the Sarasota area, this role will be Hybrid 2 days in the office, otherwise this role will be remote.<br><br></strong><strong>Your Role:<br><br></strong><strong>Payroll Administration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations, including international payroll. </li><li>Review payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and benefit changes. </li><li>Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolving payroll discrepancies. </li><li>Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state/provincial, and local regulations. </li><li>Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal departments regarding payroll-related issues. </li><li>Support year-end payroll activities including tax forms and reporting. </li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>HRIS & HR Administration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS system. </li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation and system updates. </li><li>Support employee benefits administration, enrollments, and changes. </li><li>Generate HR and payroll reports as needed. </li><li>Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. </li><li>Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related documentation. </li><li>Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HRIS. </li><li>Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration. </li><li>Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll practices, wage laws, and compliance requirements. </li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. </li><li>Experience supporting multi-state or international payroll is considered a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Payroll certification (CPP, PCP, or similar) is an asset. </li><li>Experience in a fast-paced or global organization preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><strong>What We Offer:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Extensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short term Disability), effective after a short waiting period</li><li>Matching 401K program - 100% match on 4%</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of service</li><li>Flexible Time Off & Company Holidays</li><li>Entrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunities</li><li>We value transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
