The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in field conditions, will work collaboratively, is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and prepared to address challenges and make good decisions in real time. A college degree is a plus but not required. salary range for this position is $68,000 - $74,000 DOE/DOQ</strong>.</span>&#160;</span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">All travel expenses are compensated when conducted according to company policy. SC&amp;A benefits include medical, dental, short and long-term disability, basic personal accident insurance, access to a 529 savings plan, and basic life insurance. New full-time employees accrue a minimum of 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (number of days will be dependent on years of experience) and the company recognizes 11&#160;holidays. Employees are&#160;eligible for a 401K and a profit-sharing plan that typically provides an amount equal to 5% of your salary directly into your 401K account.
