Php 86,000 - 100,000) Working Hours & Conditions : 40 hours per week AEST ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of our digital marketing function across two established brands within the residential construction industry. This is not a junior execution role. We're looking for someone who can confidently step into the business, identify opportunities, solve existing marketing challenges, and proactively drive measurable growth. Our business is transitioning away from an external marketing agency after identifying significant gaps in performance. You'll become our dedicated in-house marketing specialist, responsible for improving search visibility, generating quality leads, optimising paid advertising, strengthening our online authority, and helping shape the future direction of our marketing strategy. You're equally comfortable diving into technical SEO issues, launching Google Ads campaigns, analysing conversion data, creating engaging social content, and recommending what should happen next. RESPONSIBILITIES: SEO Strategy & Technical Optimization Own SEO performance across two company websites Conduct ongoing technical SEO audits and resolve website issues impacting search performance Improve Core Web Vitals, site structure, indexing, crawlability and on-page optimisation Implement keyword strategies that improve rankings and organic lead generation Optimise metadata, schema, internal linking and content structure Monitor SEO performance and recommend continual improvements Authority Building & AI Search Optimization Develop and execute backlink strategies that improve domain authority Identify and leverage high-value backlink opportunities, including existing media coverage and industry partnerships Improve visibility within emerging AI-powered search platforms, including Google Gemini and other AI search experiences Stay current with evolving SEO and AI search best practices Google Ads & Paid Media Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns Oversee Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Monitor campaign performance and maximise return on ad spend Continuously test audiences, creative, landing pages and campaign structures Recommend budget allocation and optimisation strategies Website & Landing Pages Create and optimise landing pages that increase conversions Work within WordPress to improve website performance and user experience Review website functionality and identify opportunities to improve enquiry generation Assist with website improvements and ongoing content optimisation Social Media & Content Marketing Manage social media across both brands Create engaging content, graphics and campaigns aligned with business objectives Develop content calendars and campaign ideas Grow audience engagement and brand awareness Ensure messaging remains consistent across all channels Marketing Strategy Take ownership of the overall marketing roadmap Recommend weekly priorities and longer-term initiatives Present practical marketing recommendations based on performance data Help leadership make informed decisions across SEO, paid advertising, websites and digital growth Identify new opportunities before they're requested Reporting & Analytics Deliver clear monthly reporting including: Lead sources Conversion rates Cost per acquisition Organic search performance Paid campaign performance Website traffic and engagement Translate marketing data into practical business recommendations Agency Transition Assist with the transition from the current marketing agency Audit all existing marketing assets, websites, hosting, analytics and advertising accounts Ensure all digital assets, logins and backend systems are securely transferred Work collaboratively during a planned transition period to ensure continuity Essential 5+ years' experience in senior digital marketing Advanced SEO knowledge, including technical SEO Strong Google Ads experience Strong Meta Ads experience WordPress administration and optimisation Experience with SEMrush (or equivalent SEO platforms) Link-building and digital authority development Landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent written and spoken English Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven experience developing marketing strategy—not simply executing tasks Highly Regarded Australian market experience Experience marketing within residential construction, home building or trades Familiarity with AI search optimisation and emerging search technologies Graphic design capability using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Tag Manager Success in this role: Within your first few months, you will: Resolve priority technical SEO issues impacting search performance Improve website health and search visibility Optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns for stronger ROI Build high-quality backlinks and increase domain authority Improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms Deliver actionable monthly marketing insights Become the trusted marketing advisor for the leadership team Drive measurable improvements in lead generation and overall marketing performance Why join us?
