About your role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Project manager with deep Utilities industry experience to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, extensive experience with SAP Utilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Required Qualifications Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA. Deep experience in Utilities industry. Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs Strong Understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholder relationships and drive strategic alignment Experience in budgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation Excellent communication skills in French (C2) and English (C2) Willingness to travel for project-related engagements Preferred Qualifications SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 Experience with SAP Cloud for Utilities, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP Familiarity with Public Cloud deployments and Agile delivery models Utilities industry experience, including regulatory and operational frameworks Proven ability to mentor teams and foster high-performance delivery environments Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
