About Alpen Labs Alpen Labs is building the infrastructure layer that expands what Bitcoin can do. The Role We are hiring a Head of Ecosystem Marketing to own how Alpen is positioned and understood by partners and the broader ecosystem with a specific focus on building credibility and generating qualified inbound from target partner segments to support ecosystem growth and distribution partnerships. This is a platform-focused role aligned with ecosystem and partnership growth, not consumer or lifecycle marketing. Instead, this role sits at the intersection of narrative, content, and BD strategy, ensuring that Alpen is positioned effectively to attract and engage the right partners. You will work closely with leadership and BD to translate partnership and ecosystem goals into clear positioning, content, and market presence that drives high-quality inbound. This includes identifying where partner conversations are getting stuck and proposing ways marketing can improve pipeline quality and conversion This role focuses on ecosystem and partner growth, with consumer marketing owned separately and aligned through a shared narrative. What You’ll Do Own ecosystem marketing strategy Own how Alpen EVM is positioned and understood by partners and the broader ecosystem Develop a clear narrative and brand strategy aligned with partnership and distribution goals Drive high-quality inbound for partnerships Build and execute strategies that generate inbound interest from relevant ecosystem participants Ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with BD pipeline and partnership KPIs Build Alpen’s content and narrative engine Lead the creation of high-impact content (e.g., reports, thought leadership, ecosystem narratives) Expand on successful content formats to consistently generate inbound and awareness Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, ecosystem-relevant narratives Own Alpen’s presence in key industry moments Identify and prioritize the most important conferences, events, and channels Scale content formats that consistently drive inbound and ecosystem engagement Drive strategic participation in moments that matter for ecosystem growth Bridge BD and marketing Partner closely with BD to understand distribution and partnership targets Translate those goals into effective marketing strategies and campaigns Own inbound demand and ecosystem visibility, while BD owns partner relationships and deal execution Define and evolve the strategy Bring a strong point of view on how Alpen should go to market within the ecosystem Continuously refine positioning, channels, and programs based on results What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can own and drive ecosystem-driven marketing strategies, especially in emerging or technical markets.
