Overview: As a Manger, Client Delivery you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and partnering with our client partner to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions and managing multiple site locations within one of our largest RPO Client in the food servicing industry. The primary responsibility will be to partner and support day to day Business Operations activities, including Executive Reporting, Global Operations Governance and Compliance, Strategic Projects, Quality and Assurance initiatives, Business Continuity, and Finance & Control Processes. Interactions include all members of Client teams, Executive Leadership Team, and Internal departments. Work Environment The fast paced environment requires the Client Delivery Manager to have prior success in the following areas: * Ability to manage a team of 8-14 virtual recruiters * Strong understanding of sourcing technologies * Proven success in as a leader in the Staffing industry, specifically with RPO * Successful track record holding teams accountable to performance goals & service level agreement metrics * Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle issue resolution * Experience discerning the critical messages and potential solutions to leadership * Strong data management and reporting capabilities including spreadsheets, enterprise data analytics tools, CRM’s & applicant tracking systems * Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices for sourcing niche roles in the clinical, scientific and corporate arena’s * Prior management of Affirmative Action tracking and OFCCP compliance * Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to deliver presentations Structured Responsibilities Client Team/Customer Service Partnership Client Team/Customer Service Support responsibility includes (1) providing proactive trending insights regarding volume, issue resolution and performance success (2) responding to Client inquiries, concerns and requests, (3) identifying potential areas of operational improvement, and (4) maintain a high level of Client team satisfaction. Internal Team Support Provide a supportive, positive leadership style to team members while raising sourcing and partnership skills and celebrating goal driven success. RPO combines the delight of the customer with the ability to outperform prior results and metric driven SLA’s. Reporting Delivering a story with data is absolutely necessary in this role. The ability to identify issues or quell concerns with graphical presentation of performance data is a key part of this position. In addition, contribution to monthly and quarterly business reviews will be critical. Experience with Excel (Pivot tables & graphs, V-Look Ups, dashboards & slicers required as is prior experience with Applicant tracking systems. Experience with enterprise data analytics software preferred.) Travel Ability to travel as needed (Up to 10%) to client locations as needed Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
