In This Role In this role with our client, you will lead the delivery of a centralized supply chain planning system, transitioning legacy, manual processes into a streamlined, integrated solution. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure data consistency, and deliver key milestones on time. This position requires strong program management, technical understanding of supply chain systems, and the ability to proactively resolve issues while coordinating across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program/project management activities from initiation through delivery Drive implementation of a centralized supply chain planning system, replacing manual and Excel-based processes Develop and manage detailed program/project schedules, milestones, and status reporting Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and accountability Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively drive mitigation and resolution Facilitate communication across stakeholders to maintain transparency and progress Define and document functional specifications, requirements, and project scope Provide technical and analytical insights to product and business teams to support decision-making Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints Support capital expenditure (CapEx) simplification initiatives Interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical and project-related matters Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across supply chain planning workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in program or project management (required) Hands-on experience in supply chain operations, planning, or related domain Experience implementing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP or similar) Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving project risks and blockers Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly and concisely Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading or supporting SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementations Experience with large-scale digital transformation or system modernization initiatives Background in capital expenditure (CapEx) planning or process optimization Familiarity with data integration, reporting tools, and supply chain analytics Experience working in large, matrixed organizations Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment at multiple levels Previous experience working with global teams or complex enterprise environments Compensation Information At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $40-45 USD hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
