What You’ll Do As Vice President of Marketing at Imagine Pediatrics, you will lead, evolve, and operationalize a comprehensive, enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy that advances the organization’s growth, brand, and mission. This includes building on our momentum as the leader in virtual and in-home value-based pediatric care for children with special health care needs, while scaling a modern, data-driven, and highly integrated marketing function. You will: Create the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, communications, growth, and engagement marketing Serve as a key member of the leadership team, aligning marketing priorities with company goals Lead and continue building a high-performing marketing team within a modern marketing infrastructure leveraging marketing technology, automation and AI-enabled tools Lead the continued development of a brand identity that reflects Imagine Pediatrics and its clinical excellence and family-centered model Translate a complex medical, behavioral, and social care delivery model into clear, compelling, and human-centered narratives Ensure brand consistency across all audiences and channels Oversee the development and support the execution of a PR and thought leadership strategy that positions the organization as a leader in pediatric value-based care and healthtech innovation, in partnership with your team and a PR agency Lead integrated marketing strategies across B2B (health plans/MCOs/provider networks), B2B2C (communication and engagement partnerships with payers to raise awareness with members), and D2C (collaborating with the engagement and clinical teams to create marketing strategies supporting caregiver and patient enrollment and engagement) Partner closely with commercial team to support B2B pipeline growth and new markets, introduce and support account-based marketing Partner with engagement and clinical programming teams to ensure patient/caregiver communication reflects their healthcare journey and develop omnichannel marketing to support enrollment, engagement and care plan adherence Build scalable, data-and-tech-driven marketing funnels across channels including paid advertising, earned media, social, web, email, SMS and print Leverage digital platforms and AI-enabled marketing capabilities to optimize performance and conversion Ensure all marketing aligns with payer requirements, legal/compliance standards, and value-based care objectives Lead strategic communications for the organization to ensure clarity, alignment and consistency across all stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to support the organization’s goals Establish and monitor clear KPIs and dashboards to measure performance across brand, growth, and engagement marketing What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need: 15+ years of prior relevant experience in marketing and communications, experience in healthcare or health tech preferred 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with direct responsibility for building and leading high-performing marketing teams Proven success leading integrated marketing across B2B/B2B2C/D2C Deep experience in value-based care Proven experience engaging Medicaid populations and vulnerable or underserved populations Prior experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, payer and provider dynamics, and corresponding care models Demonstrated ability to build trust with internal customers and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional service What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The role offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $240,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
