Your Impact: Key Responsibilities Direct Manager of CLM Strategy Pillar. Own designated lifecycle portfolio segments, and, orchestrate cross-pillar execution (Strategy, Automation, Delivery), and govern the currency of CLM playbook documentation. Drive business value through hypothesis and data-led campaign strategy, while ensuring the CLM team operates with discipline in weekly cadences, maintains end-to-end pipeline health, and ensures documentation stays current with practice. Functional Management of Lifecycle Marketing Pillar-level accountability for assigned portfolio and ensuring incremental contribution to lifecycle campaign targets Collaborate with Campaign Strategy Managers and Marketing Automation Lead on campaign design and lifecycle automation strategy Maintain Experimentation and Hypothesis Logs; facilitate quarterly retrospectives to extract learnings and documents for future reference and use. Allocate new products or portfolio segments between CSMs in partnership with the Head of CLM Portfolio Segment Ownership Monitor, analyze, and report lifecycle campaign performance and recommend actionable optimization initiatives Design challenger campaigns and interpret performance signals into actionable optimization initiatives Provide QA support and sign-off on deployments within owned segments Manage stakeholder relationships specific to owned segments Cross-Pillar Orchestration Lead weekly portfolio cadence (Campaigns Review, Marketing Automation Sync, Challenger Planning, and Portfolio Prioritization) Own end-to-end Asana pipeline; monitor SLA compliance, and escalate blockers to the appropriate lead. Route external stakeholder support as needed. Enforce handoff discipline (Strategy → Automation → Build → QA) via pipeline templates and weekly reviews Liaison with external stakeholder for cross-functional initiatives and represent the team in tactical stakeholder forums Playbook & Documentation Governance Own quarterly cadence and refresh for CIO Campaign Playbook, Lifecycle Dictionary, Experimentation and Hypothesis Log, and Campaign Brief Template. Facilitate monthly campaign review and extract post-mortem insights into reusable actions and publish to the team. Document operational learnings and update the CLM Operational Playbook quarterly. Performance & Data Literacy Interpret CLM performance data from dashboards for assigned projects and campaigns (Tableau, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation) Deliver weekly and monthly Asana pipeline health reports Cross-Functional Partnership Lead and collaborate with Strategy, Automation, and Digital Ops on campaign ideation, automation strategy, and campaign implementation to ensure build quality and time-to-live velocity. Lead the collaboration with non-CLM stakeholders for campaign implementation support (comms strategy, campaign logic, segmentation criteria, automation) Qualifications: Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, or equivalent B2C marketing, growth, or CRM function Foundational understanding of lifecycle marketing data concepts including events, attributes, segmentation, and campaign measurement, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, or equivalent (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, Netcore, HubSpot). Prior work in fintech, lending, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred; consumer internet or e-commerce lifecycle experience is acceptable with demonstrated regulatory sensitivity Proven track record of designing and running hypothesis-led lifecycle campaigns with measurable business impact, incremental lift, or revenue contribution. Strong data literacy across business intelligence and product analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics) and interpretation of cohort-level data Disciplined project management and fluency in Asana (or equivalent), Confluence documentation practices, and structured weekly operating rhythms Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading cross-functional meetings and presenting to Unit Heads and C-level stakeholders Considers themselves to be technologically savvy and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms Why Join SAVii?
