The NQA-1 safety standard governs the project, a quality assurance framework for nuclear facility applications. Testing should be performed with a safety and completeness mindset prescribed by DO-178. However, NQA-1 is less prescriptive, acting as a high-level quality framework, and less structured. Comprehensive testing is required (MCDC coverage).
