The Role Fraym is hiring an Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Analytics Lead to support a growing portfolio of work focused on the Middle East information environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with regional expertise and curiosity about how narratives, media ecosystems, social dynamics, and political developments shape behavior and decision-making. Successful candidates will help translate complex datasets and contextual information into clear, decision-relevant insights for mission-oriented customers operating in dynamic environments. Depending on experience and seniority, the successful candidate may contribute in a variety of ways from individual analysis to leading analytical workstreams. Depending on experience, total compensation, including base and variable, for this role ranges from $90,000 to $115,000.
