This position involves completing assessments, providing ongoing therapy, developing treatment goals, and supporting clients as they manage emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and family-related stress.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide telehealth therapy services to clients in New York </li><li>Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client information </li><li>Develop treatment goals that are clear and appropriate for each client </li><li>Help clients address family conflict, relationship strain, stress, anxiety, and communication concerns </li><li>Review progress during treatment and adjust care as needed </li><li>Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Active LMFT license in New York </li><li>Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field </li><li>Experience working with individuals, couples, or families </li><li>Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth </li><li>Strong documentation and communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>2 weeks PTO </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>401K Plan with 3% Company Match </li></ul><p>Ready to bring your LMFT experience into a steady remote role?
