Role Overview The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the primary operations partner for the Urology sales team, leading analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that support commercial growth. This role requires strong analytical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support Urology commercial and sales leadership with performance reporting, identify opportunities to enhance data quality and automation, and build dashboards and workflows that enable more effective decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional partners to ensure the Urology sales organization has reliable, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner for Urology commercial and sales leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational support. * Attend Urology leadership meetings to deliver performance updates, trends, and strategic analysis. * Identify opportunities to enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities across the Prenatal organization. * Access, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources to support operational recommendations. * Build, automate, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, and other technologies. * Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and support leadership decision-making. * Evaluate initiative and program performance (volume, revenue, and adoption) and communicate insights that drive commercial strategy. * Partner with the Data & Analytics team to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems. * Support the development of incentive compensation structures by providing performance analysis and scenario modeling. * Collaborate with Sales Enablement to optimize Salesforce workflows and data inputs that improve reporting and analysis. * Maintain and enhance sales dashboards that deliver timely, actionable insights to field representatives and sales managers. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, data analytics, or marketing analytics. * Experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and business acumen. * Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and connect insights to business strategy. * Experience driving process improvement and partnering cross‑functionally to implement change. * Technical proficiency including: * Advanced Excel * Salesforce (required) * Business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) * SQL or similar programming language preferred * Experience with territory mapping tools a plus * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions involved in business planning and execution. #LI-RV1 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
