<div><body> About the roleRiot is financing a rapidly growing portfolio of data center developments, with a mix of project-level debt, corporate facilities, and capital markets executions. This role is primarily transaction driven, helping to execute on debt financings from initial lease review, financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, term sheet and lender negotiations, through to documentation, diligence, and financial close. Post funding responsibilities will be to support compliance and lender reporting across active facilities. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented, relationship driven role with active cross functional workstreams with other leaders across Riot’s finance/corporate development, treasury, legal, accounting, and data center groups. The role will also serve as a liaison between Riot and and the lender and investor community, including banks, agents, rating agencies, and outside counsel. This is a remote position with travel up to 25% travel for lender/investor meetings, site visits, Riot corporate off sites. What you'll do <ul style='font-family:"Basel Grotesk",Arial,sans-serif;font-size:11pt;font-weight:400;margin:8px 0px;line-height:1.6;padding:0px 0px 0px 32px;list-style-type:disc;'><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Execute on the capital markets strategy, supporting debt financings across the spectrum including construction loans, project finance, corporate facilities, and capital markets issuances.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Manage the deal process from end to end, across multiple concurrent workstreams: including structuring, financial modelling, negotiating, documentation, and closing.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Review financing and legal documents including term sheets, credit agreements, security and collateral documents, guarantees, hedging arrangements and related lease agreements.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Prepare lender and rating agency presentations, term sheet summaries, and materials for senior management, Board approvals and earnings presentations.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Run scenario and sensitivity analyses across different financing structures or assumptions, capital costs, and equity requirements,</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Monitor ongoing compliance and lender reporting across live facilities, including covenant calculations and compliance certificates.</li></ul>What you'll have<ul style='font-family:"Basel Grotesk",Arial,sans-serif;font-size:11pt;font-weight:400;margin:8px 0px;line-height:1.6;padding:0px 0px 0px 32px;list-style-type:disc;'><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. CFA or MBA preferred.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;text-align:start;">7-10+ years in investment banking, project or corporate finance, treasury and capital markets, leveraged finance, private equity or a similar role.
