Position : Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Salary : $2,000 - $3,000 AUD / month Working Hours & Conditions : AU Business Hours ABOUT THE COMPANY: The company is a fast-growing global FMCG company supplying leading retailers for the past 25 years across North America, Australia, Europe and Asia. OVERVIEW: The client is seeking a proactive, highly organised and AI-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support two business units. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, ecommerce and customer engagement. The successful candidate will help bring campaigns to life, create and edit content, manage digital channels, maintain reporting dashboards and support ecommerce growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who embraces AI and automation to deliver high-quality work efficiently and at scale. The objective of this role is to provide dedicated execution support, allowing the internal team to focus on strategy, innovation, product development, sales and business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Management Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms Create and edit content using Canva, CapCut, Descript and AI tools Write captions and assist with content planning Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages and enquiries Manage community engagement across all social channels Monitor trends and identify content opportunities Digital Marketing Assist with implementation and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns Support affiliate marketing initiatives Execute promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives Create, schedule and report on EDM campaigns Maintain marketing calendars and campaign workflows Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives Ecommerce & Website Management Update and optimise Shopify websites Upload products, landing pages, blogs and promotional assets Implement upsell and cross-sell initiatives Support website conversion optimisation activities Ensure websites remain accurate, current and aligned with brand guidelines Monitor website performance and recommend improvements Reporting & Analytics Maintain and update the Ecommerce Equation Clarity Sheet Report weekly and monthly on: Sales performance Subscription performance Meta advertising performance Email marketing performance Social media performance Website performance Provide actionable insights and recommendations Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs Customer Service & Community Management Respond to customer enquiries across email, social media and website channels Manage customer feedback and online reviews Escalate customer issues where required Deliver a positive and professional customer experience across all touchpoints AI & Automation Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity and output quality Use AI to assist with content creation, copywriting, ideation and research Utilise AI for reporting, data analysis and performance insights Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and efficiencies Ensure all AI-generated content is accurate, on-brand and fit for purpose Essential Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve marketing productivity and execution Experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands Strong Canva skills Experience using CapCut and/or Descript Experience with Shopify Strong written and verbal English communication skills Strong reporting and analytical skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Desirable Experience with Meta Ads Manager • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms Experience within FMCG, food, beverage or ecommerce brands Understanding of affiliate marketing programs Basic graphic design capability Photography, videography or content production experience Experience working with offshore or remote teams Remote work set-up AU Business Hours
