Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound efforts, nurture existing prospects, and manage key administrative sales functions. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM updates while contributing to a streamlined and efficient sales process. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools Send follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments Conduct warm outreach calls with past and current prospects Update and manage CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking Coordinate and manage the sales calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling Assist with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations Collaborate with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar sales support role Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable making warm outreach calls and engaging prospects Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and Microsoft Office Experience in data entry and list building Background in digital marketing or agency environments 🌎 Fully remote role with flexible working environment 🚀 Join a fast-growing international SEO agency 📈 Clear progression path into Account Executive/Closing roles 🎯 KPI-based bonuses and incentives 🤝 Work with global clients across multiple industries 🧠 Ongoing training in SEO, outbound sales, and lead generation
