Requirements 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in a SaaS environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline. Proven track record of transforming conceptual problems into operational solutions. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building consensus among varied stakeholders. Ability to influence teams without direct authority. Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes of operational issues. Capacity to simplify complex workflows into clear processes. Experience with basic data analysis to identify business risks and opportunities. Familiarity with SaaS, technology sectors, and high-growth environments.
