About the role Ares Technology Consultants is offering a short-term BIM Shadow Internship designed for individuals interested in exploring a career in Building Information Modeling (BIM). This program provides hands-on exposure through observation, mentorship, and guided learning, allowing participants to gain insight into real-world BIM workflows in a mission-critical data center environment. Program Overview This is an educational, observational internship where the intern will: Shadow BIM professionals during day-to-day activities Observe coordination meetings, model reviews, and workflows Learn how BIM integrates with engineering and project delivery Gain exposure to tools and processes used in BIM environments Participate in discussions and Q&A with team members This role is designed for learning and career exploration only and does not involve production work. Important Note This is an unpaid internship intended solely for educational purposes. The intern will not perform project work, contribute to deliverables, or replace employees.
