Operations Executive

<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The&nbsp;candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, handling client queries, coordinating&nbsp;</p><p>with internal teams, and ensuring smooth transaction processing and client support.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions as per company process and compliance&nbsp;</p><p>requirements</p><p>• Handle client queries related to transaction status, delays, failed payments, and&nbsp;</p><p>beneficiary fund receipt issues</p><p>• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for transaction investigations and&nbsp;</p><p>resolutions</p><p>• Respond to clients professionally through email and other communication channels</p><p>• Send regular transaction status updates and follow-up emails to clients</p><p>• Maintain and update Excel/MIS sheets for all client queries, complaints, transactions&nbsp;</p><p>issues, and resolutions</p><p>• Ensure all client issues are tracked, resolved, and properly documented</p><p>• Escalate critical or unresolved cases to the respective teams promptly</p><p>• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in daily activities</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or any banking/finance-related field</p><p>• Freshers are welcome to apply</p><p>• Good verbal and written communication skills in English</p><p>• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services&nbsp;</p><p>preferred</p><p>• intermediary or Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Skills</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Experience in customer support, banking operations, or payment processing is an added&nbsp;</p><p>advantage</p><p>• Understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance processes preferred</p><p>• Good coordination and follow-up skills</p><br/><br/>Please mention the word **LIBERATE** and tag RMTguMjM0LjIyMi4xODU= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMjM0LjIyMi4xODU=).
