VisionPoint Marketing is seeking a Motion Designer/Video Editor to help power the next generation of performance-driven creative.This is not a traditional motion design role focused on one-off pieces. This role is about building and scaling high-performing video and motion creative across digital campaigns, rapidly, iteratively, and strategically.You will work at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and emerging technology, partnering closely with strategists, media, copywriters, and designers to produce work that is not only compelling but measurable.If you’re excited by style="line-height:1.38;">Create Performance-Driven Motion Creative</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Concept, design, and produce motion and video assets for digital campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Translate campaign strategy into clear, compelling, and fast-moving visual storytelling</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Craft strong hooks, pacing, and messaging optimized for engagement and conversion</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:13px;">Produce at Scale</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build modular creative approaches (hooks, CTAs, visual systems) that enable rapid iteration</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Adapt creative across formats (vertical, square, responsive, etc.) Emerging Tools</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Identify, test, and implement AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate production</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use AI to generate variations, enhance creative, and improve efficiency</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Stay current with evolving tools and bring new ideas to the team</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:13px;">Edit With Intent</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Review, select, and structure b-roll, testimonials, and existing footage into cohesive narratives</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Trim, sequence, and refine content for clarity, pacing, and impact</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Apply color correction, audio balancing, and creative production to scalable creative systems</li></ul>Core Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and video editing for digital campaigns</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proven understanding of performance-driven creative (hooks, pacing, platform nuances)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience creating multiple variations of creative for testing and optimization</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong grasp of motion principles, storytelling, and visual communication</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Solid foundation in design fundamentals (typography, color, composition, etc.)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience editing video content for clarity, engagement, and narrative flow</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience building scalable creative systems or template-based workflows</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)</li><li
