<p>Location: Offshore (Remote) </p><p><strong>Candidates should be located in Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh</strong></p><p>Experience: 5-7 years</p><p>Engagement Type: Full-Time</p><p><br>About the Role:</p><p>Smartbridge is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC. The ideal candidate will have experience in both declarative and code-based development.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and customize Salesforce applications and automation.</li><li>Understand legacy process builders and convert them as Flows.</li><li>Implement a custom user interface using LWC or Visualforce.</li><li>Perform data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.</li><li>Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills Required:</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Flow Builder, Apex, and SOQL.</li><li>Knowledge of building custom user interfaces using LWC and Visualforce.</li><li>Data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools</li><li>C#, VB.NET, or Python for automation enhancements.</li><li>Deploying changes using Package.xml or Change Sets.</li><li>Experience with enhancing enhance existing Salesforce applications.</li></ul><p>Additional Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Salesforce Developer certification.</li><li>Experience in the Life sciences industry is a plus.</li><li>100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.</li><li>6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.</li></ul><p>Recruitment Process & Technical Testing:</p><ul><li>45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including:</li><li>Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation.</li><li>Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions.</li><li>Technical Test – Covering SQL, Salesforce-related questions, and possible coding.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
