We are building a high performance team across all our service lines!</p><p>Job description</p><ul><li>Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physician</li><li>Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.</li><li>Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient</li><li>Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.</li><li>Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.</li><li>Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.</li><li>Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.</li></ul><p>Required Equipment:<br>- Laptop/Desktop with at least i5 processor and 8gb of ram<br>- Internet Speed of 35mbps and above<br>- Noise Cancelling Headset/Webcam<br>- Dedicated place at home for work</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary: USD $650 per month</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>8 am to 5 pm</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time</p><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
