Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Support executives with special projects and research as needed. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
