<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a disciplined and confident outbound sales professional who can help us generate qualified enterprise meetings across LatAm.</p><p>We are an enterprise AI Agent platform that helps organisations improve productivity through AI agents, conversational analytics, and agentic workflows.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify target companies and decision-makers</p></li><li><p>Reach out to CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, Digital Transformation Heads, Analytics Leaders, Operations Heads, and Business Leaders</p></li><li><p>Conduct cold calls, cold email outreach, and LinkedIn follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Create interest in enterprise AI Agent use cases</p></li><li><p>Book qualified discovery/demo meetings for our AI Solutions Consultant</p></li><li><p>Maintain daily CRM updates and follow-up discipline</p></li><li><p>Track responses, objections, and meeting outcomes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, SaaS, IT services, software services, analytics, automation, ERP/CRM, or enterprise software</p></li><li><p>Strong spoken English</p></li><li><p>Hindi communication skills will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Comfortable making outbound calls every day</p></li><li><p>Able to write clear emails and LinkedIn messages</p></li><li><p>Disciplined, target-oriented, and good with follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in SaaS, AI, analytics, automation, or IT services will be preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This is an outbound appointment-setting role. The primary goal is to generate qualified meetings with relevant decision-makers. Our AI Solutions Consultant and technical team will handle discovery, demos, solutioning, and closure.</p><p></p>
