<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><p>We are seeking a motivated individual to join our affiliate team as an Influencer Account Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in serving our clients in the US by working closely with our influencer partners.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and provide support with daily tasks to our existing influencer team. These tasks include recruitment, onboarding, and program updates.</p><h2>About You</h2><ul><li>Marketing Degree or relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Influencer Marketing</li><li>Strong work ethic and the ability to drive results</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and client service</li><li>Strategic and execution mindset</li><li>Ability to solve problems and work independently</li><li>Ability to learn quickly</li><li>Confidence and eloquence in client meetings</li><li>Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and calculating percentages</li></ul><h2>Job Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Meet deadlines consistently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities</li><li>Prioritize duties based on client needs</li><li>Analyze industry trends and competitor exposure for informed decision-making</li><li>Review and act on influencer applications</li><li>Conduct outreach to recruit new influencers, supporting recruitment efforts</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in influencer marketing principles</li><li>Participate actively in client calls, showcasing program management skills</li><li>Ensure prompt responses to emails, prioritizing client requests</li><li>Show willingness to undertake additional tasks as needed beyond regular duties</li></ul><h2>What's in it for you?</h2><ul><li>Hybrid work.
