The team operates with structured funnels, CRM automation, and paid acquisition strategies. Reporting systems are already automated, allowing this role to focus purely on technical execution and optimization. Role Overview Marketing Systems & Paid Media Specialist responsible to manage and optimize CRM automation and paid campaigns. This is a technical execution role focused on: CRM automation (GoHighLevel) Funnel structure and optimization Paid campaign management (Meta and/or Google Ads) Continuous system improvement This is not a content creation role and not a reporting role. The primary focus is system architecture, performance optimization, and structured improvements. Compensation & Trial Structure $1,200 USD per month (fixed retainer) Covers up to 20 hours per week Paid monthly No bonuses Paid Trial 1-week paid trial prior to full confirmation $300 USD for the week Up to 20 hours during the trial week Trial includes audit, optimization, and final presentation of findings Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Automation (GoHighLevel) Build and maintain advanced workflows Design and structure tag architecture Implement lead scoring systems Manage pipelines and opportunity stages Ensure accurate tracking (UTMs, events, stage tracking) Paid Media Management Manage campaigns in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads Structure campaigns by funnel stage (cold, warm, hot) Execute structured A/B testing Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates Funnel Optimization Identify bottlenecks across the funnel Implement structural improvements Continuously optimize system performance Trial Week Deliverables During the paid trial week, the selected candidate will: Audit the current GoHighLevel structure Review tags and workflow architecture Audit active Meta and/or Google campaigns Identify 3–5 optimization opportunities Implement at least 1 structured improvement Present findings, technical justification, and funnel improvement plan2+ years experience in operations, customer service, or virtual assistant roles. 2 years of proven experience in: CRM automation, Paid media management and Funnel optimization Experience working with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads Advanced GoHighLevel expertise (complex automation systems) Strong attribution and tracking knowledge Proven success reducing CPL and improving conversion rates Experience structuring multi-stage paid funnels Agency-side performance marketing experience Strong analytical thinking Ability to work autonomously Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.
