Associate Project Manager We’re on a mission to shake up the status quo in creator marketing, and we’re looking for organized, proactive project managers to help scale our customer experience. As an Associate Project Manager at CreatorIQ, you’ll play a key role in driving successful delivery of customer‑facing and internal initiatives across our Customer Experience and Managed Services teams. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects moving forward, ensuring our clients and internal teams have a seamless experience. Working cross‑functionally and closely with customer‑facing leaders, you’ll help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing portfolio of projects, all within a fast‑paced, collaborative, and performance‑driven environment. In this role, you’ll get to: Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects supporting customer experience initiatives and managed services programs Partner with cross‑functional teams including Customer Success, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, and Product to define scope, timelines, and deliverables Act as a central point of ownership for project plans, status updates, risk tracking, and documentation Support client‑facing projects by helping teams stay aligned on expectations, deadlines, and communication Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, tools, and processes as the function continues to evolve Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: 2–4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar client‑facing role Comfort working in a customer‑adjacent environment (e.g., customer success, managed services, agency, or professional services) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and projects Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with project management tools and best practices in a fast‑moving, growth‑stage environment Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
