The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.</li></ul><p>We are seeking a <strong>Salesforce Mid to Senior Developer</strong> with strong experience in <strong>Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud</strong>. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and healthcare solutions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.</li><li>Configure and customize Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.</li><li>Build API integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise applications.</li><li>Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations.</li><li>Support healthcare interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7.</li><li>Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>Salesforce Data Cloud</strong> and <strong>Agentforce</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.</li><li>Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services such as <strong>Lambda, S3, Redshift, and SQL Databases</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>FHIR APIs</strong>, <strong>HL7</strong>, and healthcare interoperability is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Amazon Connect</strong> and <strong>Service Cloud Voice</strong> is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.</li><li>Strong SQL/database skills.</li><li>Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud) are preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working in <strong>Healthcare or Life Sciences</strong> environments is highly preferred.</li><li><strong>Visa: USC Only.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification</li><li>Health Cloud Certification</li><li>Service Cloud Certification</li><li>Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience</li></ul><p><strong>Visa:</strong> <strong>USC Only</strong></p>
