Job Summary Osmo is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital growth engine and digital presence across both B2B and consumer-facing touchpoints. This role requires a rare blend of analytical rigor and creative instinct — someone who can build and optimize performance marketing programs while shaping a differentiated, consumer-grade brand presence across content, social, and owned channels. This person will be directly responsible for driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle & CRM (HubSpot) Own and optimize lifecycle marketing across email and CRM (HubSpot), with a focus on conversion and pipeline impact Build and scale lead nurturing flows that move prospects efficiently from inbound → qualified lead → sales Develop segmentation, scoring, and automation strategies grounded in data and performance insights Paid Media, SEO & Performance Oversee paid acquisition across channels (search, paid social, retargeting) Lead all SEO efforts to establish Osmo as a top-ranked result on Google organic search and within AI platforms Manage external media agency, holding them accountable to clear KPIs, performance targets, and continuous optimization Run structured testing across creative, targeting, and channels to improve CAC and conversion rates Website & Conversion Optimization (Webflow) Own website performance and optimization (Webflow required) Build and iterate on landing pages with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) Continuously analyze user behavior and performance data to improve funnel efficiency Organic Social & Content Oversee Osmo's social presence across platforms Develop a consumer-centric, DTC-inspired content and social strategy tailored to a B2B audience (indie brands, founders, creators) Support content creation and distribution across owned channels, including Substack Growth & Analytics Own full-funnel reporting — from traffic → leads → qualified pipeline → closed-won revenue Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly tie marketing efforts to business outcomes Qualifications 8+ years in digital or growth marketing across B2B2C, DTC, or hybrid environments Highly data-centric — comfortable digging into performance data, identifying insights, and using them to drive decisions Results-obsessed — measures success by impact, not activity Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with Webflow and landing page optimization Proven ability to manage and hold external agencies accountable to measurable performance improvements Deep familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) Experience building or managing DTC-style social and content strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment Ways to Stand Out Experience writing or managing Substack or newsletter content Background in fragrance, beauty, or consumer brands Experience marketing to founders, indie brands, or creators Salary Range: $104k-$130k If this role inspires you we’d encourage you to apply. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other relevant business considerations.
