In this role, you aren’t just a presenter; you are a strategic consultant for service professionals ("Pros"), identifying operational pain points and closing the deal by showing how our tech fuels their growth.</p><p>This is a high-volume, Call Center-style environment where the ability to build immediate rapport and close outbound transfers is the ultimate key to success.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>High-Volume Demo Execution: Lead 3 to 5 back-to-back, 45-minute product demonstrations daily via Zoom (camera-on), maintaining a relentless focus on securing immediate enrollment.</p></li><li><p>Outbound Pipeline Mastery: Manage a dynamic pipeline and collaborate closely with SDRs to handle "hot" live transfers from cold-outreach prospects.</p></li><li><p>Vertical Authority: Become a subject matter expert in various service trades to build immediate credibility and effortlessly command the conversation.</p></li><li><p>Closing for Results: Overcome high-pressure objections, identify core business challenges, and demonstrate the "why now" to drive immediate conversion.</p></li><li><p>Frictionless Onboarding: Support initial integration for new clients, ensuring they realize the software’s value immediately following the close.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven SaaS Closer: At least 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (Call Center experience is mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Outbound Sales Tenacity: Proven ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment that requires high activity, deep resilience, and a competitive spirit.</p></li><li><p>Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the innate ability to lead a room and deliver persuasive, professional presentations.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle tough objections and pivot toward solutions calmly under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Self-Starter Attitude: A relentless "better today than yesterday" growth mindset with a genuine hunger for competition.</p></li><li><p>Organizational Excellence: Superior time management skills to handle a dense daily demo schedule without losing energy or momentum.</p></li></ul>
