Aventiv Technologies – Where your future awaits - YouTube **Associate Referral Reward Eligible** Job Purpose: This role is responsible for assisting the sales teams in driving revenue growth and becoming more efficient by managing data input, sales statistics and analysis (i.e., sales reporting; order reporting, forecasts) and implementing new sales tools, technologies and processes; from ideas to implementation in support of sales related initiatives. Essential Duties: Enhance, develop, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide management and executive leadership with visibility into sales performance, activity, forecasting, and financial results. Produce complex and ad hoc sales analyses, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year‑over‑year reporting across reps, teams, regions, segments, products, and accounts to inform strategy, gap analysis, closure planning, and projected EBITDA impact. Consolidate weekly forecast data, analyze historical trends, and provide insights to anticipate potential performance gaps or overachievement. Provide sales analytics support to Sales leadership and field teams, including deal strategy, forecasting guidance, Salesforce reporting, and cross‑functional coordination with Marketing. Perform ongoing Salesforce platform administration, including day‑to‑day system management, report and folder maintenance, custom object creation, and system configuration. Administer users and system security, including licenses, roles, profiles, hierarchies, sharing rules, territory alignment, and reassignment of accounts, contacts, and opportunities due to personnel changes. Ensure data integrity by monitoring neglected leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts; managing duplicate records; supporting system clean‑up; and assisting with migration from legacy systems. Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, gathering and incorporating user feedback, supporting new releases and feature rollouts, and continuously enhancing the user experience. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and business process owners to ensure Salesforce enhancements align with business needs and do not disrupt downstream processes. Provide sales and financial data to Sales leadership to support decision‑making and performance improvement initiatives. Support compensation and commission processes by helping automate tracking in Salesforce and resolving day‑to‑day compensation issues in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Develop and maintain sales operations documentation, including requirements, process flows, policies, procedures, and operational metrics; identify opportunities for process optimization or redesign; and create new processes and associated reporting Support user enablement by contributing to Salesforce training development, providing 1:1 coaching, communicating new system capabilities, and cross‑training as backup to the Sales Operations Administrator Coordinate operational support activities, including trade show logistics and completion of sales vendor registration and procurement database requirements Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of sales processes a must Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Detail oriented, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills Strong organization, planning, time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow High level of analytical ability and accuracy, strong Excel skills, with particular focus on modeling and the use of advanced spreadsheet features Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of hands on Salesforce.com or CRM experience Experience with Salesforce reports and Dashboards Experience with user roles, security, profiles and user hierarchy in Salesforce 2+ years business operations experience - sales ops, service ops, or CRM systems operations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or MBA Salesforce Administrator certification Experience working directly with and supporting a sales team Project management/program management experience, implementing initiatives and programs across multiple lines of business Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
