This role exists to make sure that doesn&#8217;t happen.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family:Montserrat;"><span style="color:#1a1a1a;">As <strong>Operations Manager</strong>, you&#8217;ll work directly with Ashley Hendricks, Equidigm&#8217;s Founder and CEO, to build and maintain the internal systems that allow the firm to scale without breaking. You&#8217;re the person who keeps the engine running: client workflows, internal processes, team coordination, communications, and the tools that tie it all together.</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family:Montserrat;"><span style="color:#1a1a1a;">This is not a task-list role. You&#8217;ll identify what&#8217;s breaking, propose solutions, implement them, and own the results.
