Employment may be extended based on business needs and performance but is not guaranteed.We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will combine business and technical expertise to support a cloud data warehouse migration, partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze data, define requirements, and deliver scalable data solutions. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.<ul><li>Analyze source systems and data warehouse structures to support transformation into new data products, including performing gap analysis and identifying data requirements</li><li>Write and execute SQL queries to explore, validate, and interpret data across systems with limited documentation</li><li>Translate complex data logic into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including identifying edge cases and validating business rules</li><li>Support ETL processes and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and are feasible</li><li>Perform data validation, testing, and root cause analysis to ensure data quality and resolve issues</li><li>Contribute to proof-of-concepts, test case development, and scalable validation approaches for complex datasets</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize work, present findings, and support data storytelling through reports, visualizations, and diagrams</li><li>Document data mappings, definitions, and standard processes to support ongoing development and maintenance</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications Education and Experience: Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and/or stored procedures, with the ability to work independently on data exploration</li><li>3+ years of experience performing data analysis within a data warehouse environment (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)</li><li>Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure SQL) preferred</li><li>Experience querying and analyzing semi-structured or non-relational data (e.g., JSON) preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies</li><li>Healthcare industry experience a plus</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:8px;">Remote work from home.</li><li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:8px;">Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday.
