This is&nbsp;a great opportunity&nbsp;for a&nbsp;college student&nbsp;who is passionate about marketing, customer engagement, and storytelling. No prior experience is&nbsp;required—just a willingness to learn and contribute.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 🔹&nbsp;Customer Awards:&nbsp;Assist in&nbsp;identifying, tracking, and supporting customer nominations for New Era of CX awards.&nbsp; 🔹&nbsp;Customer Stories:&nbsp;Help coordinate interviews, collect insights, and&nbsp;assist with content creation for case studies and testimonials.&nbsp; 🔹&nbsp;Customer Events:&nbsp;Support event planning,&nbsp;logistics, and attendee engagement for customer-focused events.&nbsp; 🔹&nbsp;Community Engagement:&nbsp;Assist in managing customer communities, responding to inquiries, and fostering engagement.&nbsp; 🔹&nbsp;Reference Request Fulfillment:&nbsp;Help match customer references to sales and marketing needs, ensuring&nbsp;timely responses. 🔹 Swag Fulfillment &amp; Design: Execute the sending of all customer and internal gifting for marketing spiffs.
