<h1><strong>MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER</strong></h1> <p>Fresh Prints is the largest and fastest growing collegiate custom apparel company in the US. Our Brand team is tasked with reaching hundreds of thousands of students at 250+ universities.</p> <p>As our Marketing Project Manager, you’re the backbone of that Brand team. You'll own end-to-end execution for most of our major campaigns, including our on campus activations, branded events, brand awareness emails & SMSs, trunk shows, and recruitment pushes. </p> <p>You work cross functionally, with our Creative, Performance, and Operations teams to make sure everything gets built, printed, scheduled, and deployed without falling through the cracks.</p> <p>If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from a well run project - every stakeholder looped in at the right time, every asset in the right place, every send going out error-free - this role is for you.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Own</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Campaign Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns</li> <li>Build and own the project plan for each campaign: sequenced timeline, task owners, budget tracker, and more</li> <li>Coordinate across Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and external vendors to make sure every campaign element lands on time</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation from kickoff through post-mortem - including consolidated learnings and KPI tracking</li> <li>Proactively flag risks and blockers, propose solutions, and drive resolution</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Email & SMS Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage production and deployment of Brand team’s email and SMS campaigns</li> <li>Coordinate with Creative to get strong assets and copy </li> <li>Maintain the email and SMS content calendar in collaboration with the Associate Director of Brand</li> <li>Setup emails in Iterable using template and assets supplied by Creative</li> <li>Coordinate with Email & SMS team on Performance to make sure they’re sent out</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Process & Team Operations</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Keep the brand team's project infrastructure running, owning our Asana boards, campaign documentation, and shared filing systems</li> <li>Write bi-weekly marketing strategy status notes covering OKR progress and upcoming campaign priorities</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You <em>love</em> to organize - your projects have documented plans, clean Asana boards, and no one has to chase you for a status update</li> <li>You close loops. If you said you'd do it, it's done. If something changes, you've already told the right people.</li> <li>You identify what's likely to go wrong before it does, and you do something about it without being asked</li> <li>You're a skilled coordinator of people who don't report to you - you know how to get things out of busy teammates through clear communication, early deadlines, and the right amount of persistence</li> <li>You thrive in complexity.
