In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Booking.com customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients. This position includes full relocation assistance to Greece, making it an ideal chance to combine career growth with a new cultural experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and service-related issues for Booking.com clients in Dutch and Flemish via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, payment processes, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Booking.com's high service standards. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and improve service quality. Stay updated with Booking.com products, policies, and procedures to deliver expert assistance. Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel or booking platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
