Job Summary Flighthouse is seeking a detail-oriented and creative intern to support our Content Syndication team. This role offers hands-on experience in content publishing, audience development, analytics, and digital media operations. The intern will work closely with the Director of content syndication and gain direct exposure to how channels grow and perform on Snapchat. This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3–4 month term. Responsibilities Assist with daily Snapchat publishing workflows and content scheduling Build and maintain monthly content calendars in Asana Review edits daily to ensure content is platform-ready Perform quality control on published and scheduled content Write engaging, platform-appropriate headlines/titles Assist with thumbnail creation as needed Monitor analytics and summarize key wins, losses, and trends Participate in brainstorming sessions for channel growth and creative strategy Surface insights to the team Learning Opportunities Weekly 1:1 coaching and structured feedback sessions Shadowing managers and weekly meetings when available on strategy and performance reviews Exposure to editing, creative, analytics, and operations teams Ownership of projects tied to real audience growth goals Training on short-form content trends and monetization strategy Hands-on experience with a major social platform Qualifications Strong interest in social media, creator economy, or digital media Familiarity with Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Strong written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn analytics and performance strategy Experience with Canva, Adobe and Google Suite is a plus!
