Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona&#8217;s growing customer base.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage high-volume cold calls to&#160;dental practices.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify&#160;decision-makers and evaluate buying process.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Determine&#160;prospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Collect, record, and diligently track all prospects, leads, and activities&#160;using CRM.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona, LLC.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate consistently strong communication skills and organizational skills.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Represent&#160;Fotona with integrity and professionalism.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum 2-3&#160;years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience preferred.&#160;</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Dental Sales experience are a&#160;plus.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent phone, email,&#160;and in-person sales and communication skills.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills&#160;for efficient documentation, communication, and research.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Reliable, strong work ethic and style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:normal;">Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at style="line-height:normal;">Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span
